Dexter's Holiday Season Kicks Off With Shopping Downtown,
Plus Santa To Kick Off The Holiday Season At Gordon Hall.
Local Businesses Put On Beautiful Window Displays.

Dexter Museum's Holiday Bazaar. 
Looking for an unusual holiday ornament or a special gift that you won’t find in any store? Come to the 2016 Holiday Bazaar at the Dexter Area Museum on Saturday, December 3rd from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Crafters from the Dexter Heritage Guild will have holiday decorations, wreaths and centerpieces, unique hostess or teacher gifts, knitted hats and scarves, baby blankets, toys and kits for kids, plus their signature scrubbies – all handcrafted and all at reasonable prices! Don’t forget to pick up something delicious from the bake sale, buy a ticket to win an Advent calendar or quilt, and visit the Museum’s Corner Gift Shop. All proceeds benefit the Museum, which is located at 3443 Inverness Street, one block from St. Andrew’s Church, in Dexter. For more information, please visit www.dextermuseum.org.


A Family Tradition at Gordon Hall
December 3rd, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
The Christmas at the Mansion program this year will be Milton Campbell’s Christmas Village Collection, which will be available for viewing on both floors of Gordon Hall on Saturday, December 3, 2016.
So everyone is able to view the Christmas Village Collection, Gordon Hall will also be open on December 10, 18, 27 and 28 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Suggested donation: $5 collected at the door

Cookie Walk at: St James Episcopal Church Saturday from 10am to 2pm

Bazaar sales at Dexter Museum & the Girl Scouts at St. Andrews Church.

Christmas Tree Lighting in the Park: Sponsored by Dexter United Methodist Church in partnership with the City of Dexter at 6pm

Lions Tree Sales at Creekside on Baker Rd. 9am to 8pm

Used book sale at the library on Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM. There will be a special selection of gift books for your shopping needs.

Sat. Dec. 10th  4:15 pm Holiday Hustle 5k Run/Walk and  1 Mile Fun Run.

Faith In Action Food Drive for the Dexter Food Bank will be located at
corner of Central Street & Monument Park. Please donate canned goods.
Raffle tickets given out for food donated with great prizes.
